All orders shipped to the Spain (mainland) are free. We don't ship to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipments will be made with the company ENVIALIA and the estimated delivery time is of 1-2 working days.

EUROPE


Shipments for the main part of Europe have a cost of € 19.99. The shipping company is Envialia, and the estimated delivery time is of 2-3 business days.

REST OF THE WORLD

Shipments to other countries will have an additional cost of € 29.99. Shipments will be made with the company Envialia and the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.


Shipping costs will always be shown in the purchase process. If a country is not listed as a shipping option, it is because we don't send to that destination.

While placing the order, you can choose the shipping address where you want to receive your package. The estimated shipping time varies depending on the time and day the order is placed, as well as the country of destination.

Keep in mind that orders placed after 13.00 (GMT + 1) on Friday will be prepared to be sent on Monday of the following week. National holidays in Spain can also cause delays in deliveries.

Shipments that suffer delays by the transport company (Envialia), due to major causes such as natural catastrophes, or for customs retention, will not be assumed by HUMAT.



Exchanges and returns

Once you have received your order, you have 30 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, to change or return the items you want.

 

For orders placed in mainland Spain, HUMAT is responsible for all transport costs derived from all returns and exchanges (up to a maximum of ONE RETURN PER ORDER)

 

Returns or exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:

 

a) a) The size is not adequate

b) b) The product has some type of defect 

c) c) The product is not adequate (due to a logistics or management error by HUMAT SPAIN)

The brand will not be responsible in any case for the costs of returns of products derived from other reasons than those previously mentioned. In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the return of the item.

 

For returns outside of mainland Spain, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for any type of return or exchange.

Procedure of changes and returns:

2. Tell us the reference of your order, the article you want to return or change and the reason:

a) The size is not adequate
b) The product has some type of defect
c) The product is not adequate (due to a logistics or management error by HUMAT SPAIN)


In case you want to change the product for another, you must indicate the model and the size of it.

Changes will be made for products with the same price as the initial and will be subject to availability.

3. Once the return or exchange is authorized, we will send a courier to your address to pick up the package. This must be in the same conditions as when it was delivered.

4. Once the package has been received at HUMAT SPAIN, we will proceed to change it in your case and send it to the customer's shipping address. If it is a return, at the time we receive the package we will proceed to refund the amount of the product by the same method in which the payment was made, within a maximum period of 30 working days from receipt.

For changes or refunds that do not comply with the reasons mentioned below, the customer will be responsible for the management and shipping costs of the product to be returned or exchanged.

Requirements to make a change or refund:

The retunr must be within the term of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the product

For reasons of hygiene, the product must not have been used and must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

It must be sent in its original packaging, including the box and its outer packaging if there is one, so that it arrives in the same condition in which it was delivered.

You must include the printed order confirmation inside your shipment, which must include your name and address, the order reference and the amount of the order.
