Acceptance of order by HUMAT SPAIN:

The order will not be accepted by us until the amount has been charged to your account. After confirming the purchase, you will receive an e-mail as an acknowledgment.Prior to the completion of the order by you on the website, you may to review all the details associated with it (amounts disaggregated in allNecessary taxes, transport costs, selection of articles, etc.), being able to correct what it considers necessary.

After confirmation, it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order to through the website, you should contact HUMAT SPAIN. In such a case, the order only be modified or canceled if the garment has not entered the stage ofExpedition from our warehouses.

– Prices, payment methods and taxes:

In accordance with current legislation, all purchases from our website will be subject to value added tax, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable rate will be the legally valid at any time.

All prices are shown in euros (€) and should be considered as the price final to be paid by the customer (including VAT or not depending on the territory of delivery). Any order placed must be pre-paid. Orders will only be taken when the payment has been completed and verified.

Payment must be made by credit and debit card (issued by an entity with its registered office in Spain) or via PayPal. The following cards are accepted: VISA / Mastercard / Maestro.

The amount of the order will be charged on your card, so you must indicate the number, the expiry date as well as the security code CW2 (included in the obverse). In case your card is secure, you will be asked for the security.

For security reasons, if you choose PayPal as the payment method, once the order, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address.

The costs of transportation will be free for the customer on all orders and will be assumed directly by HUMAT SPAIN.

If, at the delivery process, the packaging is damaged, you must open the package in the presence of the logistics operator to verify the status of the items. If any damage is observed you must specify them on the delivery note and contact HUMAT SPAIN.

We will repair or replace at no cost to you all those items that have been damaged or lost during transportation, always you notify us such incidence as soon as possible. Note that orders will be weighed for delivery before dispatch.

Once the order is delivered, it will become part of your property and therefore, all the damages that could originate will be your responsibility.

Return, exchange and refund policy:

Once you have received your order, you have 30 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt, to change or return the items you want.

HUMAT SPAIN will pay for the transport costs of all returns and changes up to a maximum of ONE RETURN BY ORDER as long as the reasons for the return or exchange are:

  • Size is not the right size
  • The product has any defect
  • The product is not suitable (due to a logistical or management error on the part of HUMAT SPAIN)

The brand will not be responsible in any case for the costs of returns of products derived from reasons other than those previously mentioned. In these cases, the customer will bear the cost of returning the item.

– Procedure of changes and returns:

Contact HUMAT SPAIN at 965 685 262 or email info@humat.es. Indicate the reference of your order, the item you want to return or change and the reason. In case you want to change the product for another, you must tell us the model and the size of the product. The changes will be made for products with the same price as the initial price and will be subject to availability. Remember that for us to authorize the change or return must meet the requirements specified below.

  • Once the return or change is authorized, we will send a courier to your home to pick up the package. This must be in the same conditions as when it was delivered.
  • Once the package has been received at the HUMAT SPAIN plant, we will proceed to change it in your case and we will send it to the client's shipping address. If it is a refund, at the moment we receive the package we will refund the amount of the product by the same method in which the payment was made, within a maximum period of 30 working days from its receipt.

For changes or returns that do not meet the aforementioned reasons, the customer will be responsible for handling the shipping and handling costs of the product to be returned or changed.
